Service scope
Varnoxa is a decision-support SaaS product for crypto market monitoring, signal interpretation and alert delivery.
The product does not place trades, manage funds or provide guaranteed outcomes.
No financial advice
All content is provided for informational and analytical purposes.
Varnoxa does not provide investment, legal or tax advice, and users remain responsible for their own trading and risk decisions.
User responsibilities
Users must keep access to their account secure, must not abuse alerts or infrastructure and must not attempt unauthorized access, scraping or disruption.
We may suspend or restrict access when activity creates security, legal or operational risk.
Plans and billing
Free, Premium and Pro features can differ by speed, alerting, personalization, limits and integrations.
Paid subscriptions renew according to their billing terms unless canceled, and plan access for new purchases can change if pricing or plan limits are updated.
Availability and liability
The service may change, pause or remove features as the product evolves.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Varnoxa is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, exchange outages, third-party failures or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
